110-300-0165(2)(c) Licensee had a plastic tube accessible in the bathroom drawer, cords to a phone in dining area and a cord to a heater bowl out on the deck in the back yard that could form a loop. 110-300-0165(2)(d) Licensee had white plastic bags accessible under the bathroom sink this was completed while DF was onsite. 110-300-0165(3)(g) Licensees deck out side in the back-play yard has several areas of chipping paint and needs to be re-painted or finished.
